Book #10 in the Cedar Cove series. I have enjoyed this series, but you do really need to read them in order to get the full effect of the storylines and understanding of all the characters. You really get to know the characters because their stories are so intertwined.

Book #8 in the Cedar Cove series. This book is about Dave and Emily Flemming the pastors of Cedar Cove. Of course, you catch up some on the other members of the town. I enjoy this series, but you do need to read them in order as they build on each other and there is a little mystery in each. There is also always an unanswered question or mystery at the end of each book that is answered or solved in the next book.

Book #9 in the Cedar Cove series. I always enjoy these books in this series. It is better if you read the whole series as the characters make more sense. The books always finish a story from a previous book, have a story that ends in the book and creates a new question that will be solved in the next book.
I find the characters interesting and pleasingly complicated. It keeps me coming back for more and waiting for the next book to come out

#5 in the White House Chef series. I enjoy this series as it gives a behind the scenes view of the inner workings of the White House. The characters are interesting and we get to know them individually over the course of the series. And the recipes in the back of the book doesn't hurt either.

This is a fiction book but has had copious amounts of research to make the novel very interesting. This looks into the life of a woman in Kansas around 1855 and the trials and tribulations of the era.

It was a dark time for the earth. Faith has degenerate4d into pagan worship and God has found only one man, Noah, who is righteous. He and his familly still worship the true God, Yaweh. As the women of Noah's family make final preparations to enter Noah's ark and leave the only world they know, each must find her own refuge in the unfailing love of Yaweh. Interesting book as it is told from the female perspective.

An interesting book that has a big build up to it and then a conclusion. The ending is the typical one that you would expect from this type of book, so that was very nice. A very, quick, easy read.

It is an interesting story of a girl's dreams and hopes of a different life. It was interesting to learn about apothecaries and surgeons and that type of thing. Although I did enjoy the story, it seemed to have characters that didn't help the story really go anywhere. I also guessed the wrong man that she eventually chose, so that was a bit of a surprise. But a nice book to read.

Book # 3 in the Georgia Trilogy. The last book about the Couper's, Fraser's of St. Simon's Island in Georgia. These are real people that the author has fictionalized in their speech and actions, but has remained faithful the true stories abou them as much as possible. She has made history come alive in this small section of the country. Very interesting books and well researched.
