Martin Pasko (born August 4, 1954 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada) is a writer and editor in a diverse array of media, including comic books and television.

Pasko has worked for many comics publishers, but is best known for his work with DC Comics over three decades. He has written Superman in many media, including television animation, webisodes, and a syndicated newspaper strip for Tribune Media, as well as comics. He also co-created the revamp of Doctor Fate that is the basis of the character's current, long-lived incarnation, introducing the concept that the real hero is a Lord of Order who resides in the helmet, and anyone who dons the helmet becomes Doctor Fate.
