Good read that keeps you wanting to turn the page and read on.

Not my sort of book, a little jumpy. It took a while to catch on how the author wrote.

This is an intriguing story of Africa, of child-soldiers, of a family split apart & used against each other, of diamond-smuggling & arms sales & the beauty of hope that the parent-less children of Africa exemplify as they accept God as their true Father, of the attempts of many to heal the wounds of war. It is not a story for the faint-hearted but it will open the reader's eyes to some of the truths concerning the constant wars in Africa & the terrible devastation on the children of Africa.
