Walking the Bible is the story of the author's adventure travelling through the countries found in the Old Testament.  He trods the same ground as Moses with great Bible scholars, archaeologists, muslims, jews, local guides, etc.  It is a very interesting book and allowed me to truly live the bible as I read about his travels.

I hadn't realized this was a book. I bought the DVD for my family for Easter. I only watched a bit of it and found in very interesting. I think it originally aired on PBS (the TV network, not this site!).  I had forgotten about it, now I'll have to take it out and finish watching it. Thanks for the reminder :)
