Having lost a best friend to a crazy who just started shooting people as they went down the street, I really felt for the people in this story and understood how and why they felt as they did. Violence is a hard thing to wrap your mind around, and even an accident such as Murmur Lee's, can be hard to deal with. I'm going to recommend this book to other people who have had sudden loss as a part of their lives. It is still a great read even if you haven't had that loss.
