Loved visiting Promise, Texas and the folks there. Folks are retiring, having babies, and getting married. Bitter End has another surprise for the readers and new folks are arriving, what a nice reading

This is a return trip to Promise, Texas. You will revisit old friends and meet some new characters. If you read the Heart of Texas series by Debbie Macomber this is a nice way to finish the series.
I really like reading this book. once i starte reading this book i couln't put it down.
Return to Promise, Texas, with a rich and warm novel that picks up where the "Heart of Texas" Harlequin miniseries left off. The town in the Texas hill country is chock-full of folks who are hard-working, proud and just a little sassy. They live on an emotional roller coaster of love and loss.
This book is about Promise Texas...the beginning of a great story about love and life in a small town.
As with every Debbie Macomber book, this is a great read!

One of the Heart of Texas series, starting with Lonesome Cowboy all of the books in this series are fast enjoyable read, and the characters in this one, do not disappoint, this gives more information to the mystery of the ghost town, and a chance to visit old favorite characters from previous books.
This is the story of Annie Applegate and the widowed veterinarian in Promise, Texas. Great book!

I enjoyed this whole Heart Of Texas series. It begins with Lonesome Cowboy and ends (so far) with Return to Promise. Promise, Texas is the next to the last of the series. Debbie Macomber is so easy and fun to read. You can't go wrong!
