Suggestion coming from Tamora Pierce, My girls have loved her writings. Then suggested to be similar in the Tolkien writings. I grabbed the book and Started the series. This is the second, of four.

Sorry but this one was a little slower for me. Still a good read but just not like the rest. I guess to be positive it added to the next stories that are too come. This story is divided between Maerad and her Brother, Hem. Both are finding their way on their "quests" and have some real tough times. There are new twists with the "Fae" that gets more involved. Continued fight "good vs. evil" my adrenalin was still pumping just not as before. This book is still good.. don't stop the next two really grab you for the ride.

This book follows suit to give you a little more at the end according to the translations and culture, cool.
