Not really sure how to rate this, soooo

You'll always put Tom Selleck face to Jesse Stone character and nowadays that face is getting older and the character isn't as attractive as it was in the first books of the series, maybe because the writers now try too hard to be R.B.P.?

This story is just a hard one to get into because it seems the town of Paradise is getting smaller so more out of town characters have to be brought in to make the story (hence the 2 mobsters trying to buy land) along with ones from previous books (Crow, which you may not remember), and always the love life of Jesse seems to be of interest to someone but really? who cares anymore who he sleeps with now or in the past?

I'll try sticking with the series but it's getting harder and hopefully there won't be anymore movies about Jesse Stone as the last couple were duds
