Second in the Dave Gurney series, this one was as good as the debut. So many twists and turns and very interesting storyline make this a series worth following. Can't wait for the next installment.

Verdon writes some of the most ingenious plots imaginable. This may be his best. Unusual topic, great suspense, full of twists and turns. Loved it!

I don't think Verdon is the author for me, mainly because by page 100--was anything happening? NO!
This is just page filler of descriptions along with too much mention of their marriage and it repeats and repeats, for a book 500+ pages it really doesn't even touch much of the murder, etc by page 100 and by that time I was just skimming the pages to get past the descriptions and all the marriage hoopla that I didn't care about, so---NO I didn't finish it!
