This came well recommended, but I'll warn you that I was overwhelmed by the amount of very specific and detailed jargon used in the first two chapters and couldn't get involved enough with the story to go on, despite my interest. I don't usually have such problems, so I would recommend this for people already familiar with modern military organization much more than those who aren't.
