Sophia Violet Crumb (born September 27, 1981) is an American comics artist. She is the daughter of underground comix artists Robert Crumb and Aline Kominsky-Crumb.

Growing up in France, Sophie completed the French equivalent of high school and went on to study acrobatics and clowning at a French circus school. She later became a tattoo artist and earned a living by teaching English as a second language.
