This was a very well written story as I thoght alot about the style of it and was very pleased to see Ms Wiggs out with another winner
I enjoyed this book very much, as I have all of the books I have read by Susan Wiggs so far.
This is an historical romance set in San Francisco. It involves a strong woman, a troubled teenager and a doctor with a conscience. You might also enjoy the historical information about San Francisco.

This was a great read. This is the second book by Wiggs that I've read and I think I really like her.
I usually enjoy Susan Wiggs but this book was boring.

I've been reading Wiggs' books in order and find that each book inproves in structure, plot, etc. This book is no exception and I really appreciate seeing familiar names from past books in each new book. It is good that each books stands on its own, however, and reading the books prior to the one being read is not necessary.
