This book was Ok. I read the first story but could not get passed the second page of the second story.

Twilight Phantasies was a yawn. Boring enough that I can't make myself read the next story in the book.
Maggie Shayne doesn't add anything new to the vampire genre. The vampires in this book sleep all day, can't handle sunlight, can only consume blood, and live a long time, blah blah blah. It is more interesting when an author delivers an insight or new fact about something that we think we already know.
The characters fall immediately in love, there is a lot of yearning but not much actual sex. There were some villainous bad guys who do evil things but the heroine seemed foolish and naive to believe in the bad guys so long.
Overall a disappointing introduction to this author of what appears to be a very popular series.
