I think winter time is the best time of the year for indulging in a great variety of delicious soups. This large book has 120 soup recipes, enough to try a different one each winter day.

Each recipe has a large full color page illustration (looks good enough to eat).

The book is too big to fit on my shelves - so I photocopied my favorite recipes, to make them easier to take individually to the kitchen for cooking.

From my favorites, I especially like the Vegetable Beef Soup and the Scotch Broth.

I also like having a choice of using your own home made stock (recipes included) - or substituting canned broth - or even stock cubes.
