What has been learned can be unlearned. The authors present techniques to both reduce stress and learn how to turn away from anger-triggering thoughts. They also show how conflicts start and how to modify your behavior so that a simple discussion doesn't turn into thermonuclear war. The book is particularly helpful for those concerned with family violence-especially parental and spousal abuse.
