Best of the series so far. That is saying a lot, since I enjoyed the first two.

A fun, page turning romance with a healthy dose of paranormal/sci-fi. I'd start with the first two books in the series (Call of the Highland Moon, Dark HIghland Fire) for clarity although you could read this as a stand alone. A female werewolf who doesn't know a lot about her kind is instantly attracted to an ice wizard from another world who is on Earth in an attempt to save a dragon shape-shifter that might be able to lift the curse that has followed the wizard for most of his life. Good action, scenes with characters from the other books in the series, and the happy ending you're looking for!

I couldn't get into this book for some reason. Some people might like the twist for the typical werewolf romance but I think this one is a bit too much :(
There were different tribes like the blood sucking sorceresses that are descended from a Goddess (all females except for one) then add wolf shifters who were once slaved by dragon king ( mates for the shifters); daemons who are flesh eating sorcerers, ice mages and of course dragon shifters. I don't know but its just too much going on at the same time. Easy enough to follow if you like sci-fi with little romance.
