Younger readers might not realize quite how much the entire SF field owes to Jack Williamson. He was among the pioneers who first tossed time travel stories into the ring. He pioneered the idea of intelligent machines, scientifly plausible were-animals and other basic SF themes.

Older readers will fall into 'aha!' experiences, thinking, 'Wow, that story has stayed with me for years and years. I didn't realize Williamson wrote it, and now another writer shows how much he/she also was affected by it.'

An astonishing collection of original stories in tribute to Grand Master Williamson.
