Zig Ziglar is the KING in the area of sales training and personal improvement.
The thing I always loved about Zig is that he doesn't spout off theories and studies and all that ... everything he says he learned first-hand. He sold some of the toughest products in some of the toughest environments, and came out on top by developing techniques that enabled him to sell as much as he could while still maintaining honesty, integrity, and responsibility. He is the most honest salesman you'll ever hear of ... you would insist your grandmother bought all her cars from him (no, he didn't sell cars).
And he is determined to show you how you can do as well or better than he did.

Everything from Ziglar is gold, and this book is no exception. Read it. Then read it again.
