These mysteries are a lot of fun and the main character is really easy to relate to. They manage to be fun and exciting without being over the top. I would definitely recommend the series, I think she is up to U!

A great look at a modern family. While depressing at time it is also heartwarming and makes you think more about people and what may be going on on the inside. Similar to Freedom but a bit more downbeat, but a great read.

One of the best books I've ever read. The way the stories are woven together, separate yet connected, with themes throughout is really amazing. There is a reason this book won the Pulitzer. It is beautifully written yet easy to read, funny and heartbreaking, everything you could want in a book.

Everything Ann Patchett does is great and this book is no exception. A great look into people. Really paints a picture of a family and a place that is real and touching.
