I was disappointed that she says virtually nothing about the rule of Elizabeth I in this book. Apparently she's ignorant of Henry' illegitimate children also.
In that regard, the title is misleading. But if you are only concerned with Mary, Edward and his niece Jane who was made Queen for 9 days (who was not his child but gets as much coverage as if she were) this is an excellent history for you.

Martinez has delivered another novel up to his usual standards. If he's written a book that won't make you laugh until tears run down your face, I haven't seen it yet. Very funny book.
