Nice change of pace to have a cozy written with a male lead. Charlie is interesting, if not dramatic as many other cozy female leads are. Varied and diverse cast of supporting characters that take on heavier roles in some of the books in the series than in others. The Maine Coon is portrayed in loving and gentle detail making him a favorite of everyone that he meets.

I like the premise of these books but have some that are more favorite plot lines than others. The first is an exceptional launch to the storyline.

I rarely put down a book. But I gave up on this one around page 60. The author is repeating and repeating and repeating the theological premise to the determent of the plot line. I see no character development in such a presentation. I wanted to like the book as I did the first in the series. But I was ready to give up at page 38. I'm not sure the extra 22 pages were worth it.

I love this series but then I love the Art Deco period and this series is rich with the period. I find the main character's charming, even with their unusual histories that lead to their current decision making.

I really like the Eve Duncan plots but more so in writing than read on audio books. The characters are strong personalities in their own right. But well integrated with strengths and faults leading to their current decisions.

I've loved every one of the series by Ms Minichino. I only wich she could fill up the series to level of items on the Periodic Table. The plot premise are interesting and her writing style is suberb.

I love all the Bernie books. A great character with interesting plot lines. A burglar with his own code of ethics.

Strangely, the history of the button industry was the most engaging part of this series introduction. The writing itself was a bit slow, and the plot portion that dwelled on the failed marriage and poor decision making in relation to the rake of an ex-husband didn't add much to the plot. Nor was he a charming side character to me, not someone that I want to see more of in future editions. I'm not planning to read the second in the series, much as I'm looking for a humorous mystery series.

Such an interaction of characters, man and robot, yet personalities with depth. Great plots in the entire series. I love the way Science Fiction sets the mundane of a murder into an entire new world. Mr. Asimov is one of the best.

I won't be continuing this series. Although I like the idea of following a traveling business, the two sisters in this series are annoying in their relationship. In addition, the main character spends all her time thinking that men, in general, are out to get into her pants.

I liked the characters, the setting and the back stories on cows and cheese. But if I heard, "he cheated on me" one more time, I would have put the book down.

Ms Robb is amazing in that her plots continue to entice the imagination in her futuristic world while retaining her connection to basic human wants and needs. Love, love, love the characters that weave in and out of the books who grow and mature over time.

The beginning of a great little series written early in Asimov's career, writing as Paul French. Entertaining plots and engaging characters.

I found this difficult to read. I liked the premise but not the execution. There were too many Feng Shui references in passing. As in simply walking down the street or entering a building. It felt forced. Or disjointed.

I'm enjoying the entire Daisy series. She is an unusual character for the period. But a spunky gal that I am enjoying. I like that Ms Dunn keeps some of her characters around from book to book as she moves on through her stories, even if it is just a mention.

I'm very invested in both the primary and secondary characters in this series. I wish there were more books in the series to read. Ms McKinlay writes so well that I just fly through the books, almost in a single sitting. She writes well, with humor, and each book is varied enough - not just a template over and over again like some cozy books.
