Radical Honesty, The New Revised Edition : How to Transform Your Life by Telling the Truth
Review Date: 7/13/2012

Really benefited from this book. It's not about the kind of "honesty" where you go tell everyone what you think of them!lol It's about being honest about what's going on inside of you. More than a book about being honest, it's a very practical, productive spiritual manual. Good and irreverent, too.

Somatics: Reawakening the Mind's Control of Movement, Flexibility, and Health

Excellent! Offers a whole new understanding of physical pain and postural problems, and a way to address them by retraining your mind and body.

Excellent! For my taste, the best book on the enneagram. It doesn't just tell you what you are and leave you stuck with it! Maitri details the basis of the way each type suffers and then gives a very concise and powerful antidote that goes to the root of the suffering.

Transformational and highly recommended!

They Can't Find Anything Wrong!: 7 Keys to Understanding, Treating, and Healing Stress Illness
Review Date: 5/23/2012

Extremely helpful book for anyone struggling with chronic or intermittent illness. A big part of how I got over chronic fatigue and I still turn to it for support now and then. Helps you listen deeply and directly to what your body is telling you and does so in a very caring, supportive way.
