Arctic Drift points out the dangers of global warming and the potential damages to our fragile world. Dirk Pitt is showing his age as well as his comrade in arms Al Giordino.
As with all Clive Cussler novels the story is well written and a nail biting page turner. For those looking for a good mystery I would recommend this novel.

This was an amazing story that covers three generations of the de Salis family with characters from England, Ireland and America. Cashelmara is located in Ireland, and deals with the fight for Irelands Home Rule, and the poverty of Irelad in the 1859 to 1891. I would highly recommend this novel to those that like historical mysteries.

Again, Clive Cussler hits a home run with this novel. The descriptions of San Francisco's 1906 earthquake and afterwards was right on the mark. And the chase of the trains makes the reader feel like they are on the train. would highly recommend to readers interested in history with a good mystery should read this novel.

This book really highlights the lives of regular people during World War II, in Russia. It is a journey for two men with nothing in common to search for twelve eggs in a short period of time. How strangers become friends with these two men, and the part one plays in the life of one young man. Recommend this to readers of mysteries, and World War II.

Really enjoyed this historical novel. Suzanne Weyn cleverly used historical facts, added a "what if factor" , fictional characters and real life Americans that helped shape America. This is a novel for fourth or fifth grade students, but also entertaining for adults. Would highly recommend this book.

Just finished reading this book on my Kindle, and must have a hard copy for my library and to loan to my friends. This book made me cry hopelessly at times, but not because it was sad, it made me look into myself to see what dreams were being suppressing. What my dreams had been and why I never followed through. In my younger days, I use to hike in the summer and snowshoe in the winter. I too, loved the solitude of the trail when others were not around. I totally related to this story and would highly recommend it to all. This book is worth at least 10 stars!
