This is terrific -- practical, sensible and speaks directly to our heart wisdom in motivating us to just be happy and peaceful with what we are right now, letting go of self-deprecating thought patterns that do very little to enhance our lives. Tara is amazing, truly. Made a difference in my life.

What Happy People Know : How the New Science of Happiness Can Change Your Life for the Better
Review Date: 5/19/2008
Helpful Score: 1

I enjoyed this book a couple years ago -- easy reading with some good nuggets of wisdom... one that has stuck with me is that research indicates that one of the most important keys to happiness is being grateful/appreciating what we have. For readers who are already aware of this, reading the book may make you more aware of its subtleties.
