Disappointing! No, I didn't finish it because---
the first 100 pages does not get a storyline going instead in those pages it is just describing the rank of every cop, what initials mean then describing the department and what it stands for, description of every gun mentioned, descriptions of landmarks in Philly which doesn't mean a thing to anyone not familiar with the city and it just goes on and on for those first 100 pages and I found that boring
