As much as I love Anna Campbell, the personalities of Sidonie and Jonas were way too tortured for me. I don't like love through deceit; I don't like burdening yourself for the sake of a family member who won't help themselves or who wants you to save them. Ugh! I was so disappointed I did not finish the book past page 70. What a waste.
