A great cozy. As every woman knows, some problems don't go away by themselves! There is nothing live a live-in mother-in-law to reduce a woman to the role of junior housemaid. That's what Ellie Haskell discovers when her husband's parents has a row in the middle of their anniversary dinner and her mother-in-law seeks refuge in Ellie's guest bedroom. Thank good for other wives who also suffer from the mother-in-law curse. A chance meeting and trading horror stories finds them spinning homicidal fantasies of poison, broken brake lines, etc. All very therapeutic and no harm intended until one mother-in-law meets a premature end and another has a very close call.
