An excellent book--a compelling version (and view) of London in the early 1700s and the circumstances surrounding the creation of Alexander Pope's "The Rape of the Lock." I loved every minute of it! And Cameron Stewart's reading not only of the novel, but in particular of the second version of the mock epic at the very end, was the perfect icing on a most delectable cake!
