A story very well written by an Afgani doctor who now lives in the United States.This book gives insight into the culture and struggles of Afganistan through the lives of two boys and the choices they make.
A very good solidly written story from a first time novelist. This book will be followed in 2006 with another novel also set in Afganistan.
