Does Dan Brown need introducting? Despite the high acclaim for this and other books, I found it lacking. The ending does not fit the rest of the book - as though he wrote the first 4/5, left it for some time, and then finished the book, giving some key actors different personalities, making the ending all but impossible.

Rest of the book is great - he's a pretty good fiction writer.
