I have been journalling for years and my biggest hobby is writing fiction. I love this book. Of all the books I have purchased about journal writing, I like this the best. Not only does it have lots of different ways to write in your journal, its take you through questions a lot of people interesting in journal writing ask. Its a great book for a beginner or a seasoned writer. The prompts are really with the idea of using your journal as a way to grow and change.
