I think maybe a new 'chapter' will start with this book, I hope

Blake has finally arrested the '13' for the corruption and crimes they committed along with the murder of her parents and kidnapping of her sister

Now she has a new title with more responsibility

So this book was not as gruesome as some of the previous books but more of just a mystery but I enjoyed it, however, Gray does goes overboard with 'thoughts' that just aren't necessary

But it's a great series!
