I enjoyed the book "Escape your Shape" very much.
It was laid out very nicely with each "shape" of
the body having its own chapter and exercises.

I have an hourglass figure shape and I have been
doing the wrong kind of exercises. I learned I
should do no resistance exercises as this will
only bulk me up.

Read the book and pick out your bodies shape and
make sure you are doing what is exactly needed
to tone/or loose weight for YOU.

It all makes sense and the best exercise the book
states is jumping rope. I didn't know that!
