I think I gave this a fair chance BUT--

I didn't care for any of the characters especially the main one, Mori, she is just a rookie and I doubt if a rookie would get the 'case' to investigate

The story started with the car crash but from that point it took forever to get anywhere

Then you get the 'children in the woods' with dumb names--at that point I just gave it up

The writing seemed to be more along the line for YA readers PG13, but it just wasn't interesting enough for me in any aspect
