Wrapping up the loose threads from Footprints of Thunder, this sequel loses steam as the premise becomes more and more convoluted. Still with plenty of dino action, the "orgone energy" whisks characters and carnosaurs from the Moon to the Yucatan to alt-futures. The bad guy gets his just deserts but can the heroes stabilize time and save the future?
