The third book of the series in which Holmes again returns to the American midwest to investigate mystery and murder following the unearthing of an ancient viking relic. Again helped by Shadwell Raffety, Holmes and Watson again solve the case. The book was nearly as good as the first in the series...very enjoyable...well written and researched...a good series of books overall.
