Delia Smith has been called Britain's Martha Stewart. Frankly I think of Martha as the US's Delia. The recipes are simple, basic, clear and precise. I guess I consider Delia in the same league as Australia's Donna Haye, cooking instructors for the average home cook. Brilliant and just what I need.
