Didn't like anything about this one--

I read a lot of UK authors but this one just kind of irritated me and I can't put my finger on it, but it just didn't keep my interest and I didn't like any of the characters, names and places were just irritating to pronounce and I hate that in a book.
I won't pursue anymore by Masters I don't like her writing style---like reading Dick and Jane books
