Very disappointing!
The first book, Blue Monday, was just an ok but this one was just boring
1. The first 100 pages have to be interesting enough to keep me wanting to read on but this is slow and draggy
2. So many characters introduced it was confusing to keep up with what their role in this story was going to be.
3. The main character, Frieda Klein, just isn't an engaging person and I don't for one minute believe someone like her, being a therapist, can 'crack' a case before the police, or find clues that they can't find, I know there are other authors that use therapist type Dr.'s for their main character but they are usually more developed and a better character than this one.
4. Each page should offer something that takes you into the storyline more and more but this just doesn't do that, a lot of the pages are just fillers with just descriptions or introducing more and more characters that just makes it more confusing.
This a husband/wife writing team and I find their books are a hit or miss for me and this one was definitely a miss, I got it from the library so I didn't spend a dime on it, thank goodness!
