This book gave me a lot of food for thought, especially about how to deal with the winter blahs. Basically, I need to spend more time outdoors (in the winter)in order to get the emotional benefit of natural daylight, which is easier said than done when you live in Upstate New York! But I gained a little more knowledge from this book, and that's always a good thing.
