I don't read romances and that is where this falls

I didn't make it past page 100, it is slow slow slow and then it gets slow

Doesn't take much to know the whole story, she is presiding over a trial with the Russian mob involved-light blub- then the long gone Ranger that loved her from afar returns and they 'have feelings for each other'-light blub- so why read the rest from that you can guess the outcome---boring
