Another in the continuing Mitford series and it was wonderful, as always. I continue to feel as if I am reading a letter from a dear friend when reading Ms. Karon's books. Father Tim feels at loose ends and that he should be doing more for the Lord. He and Cynthia pray and decide to go to Tennessee to assist another Anglican priest in the back woods. However, the plans are cut brutally short and Father Tim has to learn humility, patience and self-forgiveness. All my favorite characters appear in the book and I guarantee you'll be smiling at the end.
