Having someone around the house after her previous near death experience has Brandy back on her feet again. The twins think she needs to start dating again and have some set ups for her. One disaster after another especially when she finds a dismembered body in her house and Toodie is the prime suspect. Trying to clear his name she starts her own investigation much to the dismay of Bobby her hunky ex boyfriend detective. Finding some evidence that doesn't make sense she turns to new man Nick to help her out. Her feelings are all over the board as Nick brings out feelings in her she doesn't want to deal with. Along the way Bobby's wife is stalking her, a shady lawyer may or may not be lying to her, & some nefarious characters are trying to murder her before she can find out the truth about the body in her house.
