Until further notice,  select 2 books from my bookshelf for 1 credit.  I've got to start sending some of these tomes to new homes!  I'll be offering this deal to everyone,  whether boxing or using credits.

Okay - I went over to the BB and looked through 3 pages of stuff and saw no sticky for homeschoolers.  As homeschoolers we are very busy people and do not have time to look through all of the deals there to find homeschool specific bookshelves.  I love when people post their deals here because then I know that they will have stuff that I need and want.  So I say until the powers that be wise up and give us a specific, page 1 sticky or something for homeschoolers in the BB, we should continue to post deals here.  THe BB is a mess and needs to be organized by subject or better just let us go back to posting deals in our area specific boards.  Stupid rule about not wanting them there anyway.

This issue really gets me steamed because I HATE THE BB - I can not find homeschool deals there ever and it wastes my time looking!  Now I REFUSE TO go there and waste my precious time.  I use PBS a lot less now that deals are not posted here so PBS is loosing my mailing money!

I love PBS except for this issue - don't something if it is not broken!  Take the rule about not posting deals in boards away so we can go back to the old way that WORKED for everyone!

I'm just passing along the discussion on this board from 1-2 months ago about the issue.  I didn't say I agree with it - just passing along information.

I've subscribed to the "Homeschool Deals" thread at BB so I get an email anytime something is added to the thread.  In May, we started doing them by month so one thread doesnt go on for pages and pages.

Someone asked R&R to have a HS sticky at BB, but they didn't receive an answer.

The forum rules clearly state that deals are not to be posted anywhere but in the BB.  You can make a deal part of your sig line, or in your profile, and that gets around it.

I guess it's been longer than 1-2 months!  I just searched for all the threads related to this, and it was back in February - man, where has the time gone?
