It's basically where you trade books for books instead of credits.  Only BOB members are supposed to do this. You pay for a BOB membership and your name goes on the boxer list.  Then you basically make deals with other people to trade books for books.  It's really good when you have a lot of heavily posted books that aren't getting requested for credits.  I would not recommend it if your shelf is loaded with books you haven't read yourself.  Unless you don't mind turning down a lot of BOB offers from people with those same types of books.
