Interesting, well done synopsis of many things that we know we should be doing. Isn't particuarily in-depth, but covers the subject well.

Eh. That's all I can say about this book. There are pictures of women doing exercises ... ON MACHINES! Well, what if I don't have my own personal workout room? There was a lot of writing in this book. Not necessarily a lot of information but a lot of writing. There was hardly any white space on the pages and I felt inundated with all of this stuff coming at me.
