Straight-forward and basic...would liked to have had more in-depth information; however, the author is frank when describing her challenges and that was very much appreciated.

This book will support you in generating a lot of valuable information about yourself. It doesn't give you all the answers, you do have to put forth the effort. You can expect to invest about 20+ hours in working through the self exploration exercises; however, the results can be life-changing.
