This is one of the many books I bought when I was first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. It really helped me to understand the disease and work at controlling it.

I really enjoyed this book. From making various pizza doughs to lots of different gourmet pizza recipes to a brief history of pizza, it was really interesting. Easy recipes.
