"I would definitely recommend this book to paranormal readers. It was terrific in the details, the pack structure, the relationships and the specifics of living as a werewolf. A really good read."

"The love story is quite good, the chemistry between Riley and Mercy is very hot. I do like very much the pack structure, the pack bonds are well portrayed also. "Skin privileges" is a very descriptive term for the moment when the characters accept one another. I get bogged down in the Psy politics, I don't find the Psy as interesting as the changelings. Overall, an excellent addition to the series."

"I delayed opening this book because previous author series that ended up featuring children grown up has not been terribly successful. I mostly left those books feeling their story was better imagined. This is NOT one of those books. This is a terrific romance. Funny, sweet, sexy, smart, Yes! Everything it should be, thank you Loretta Chase."

"A bit of a departure for Sandra Brown. I liked the way it ended. I liked the characters. A period in American history that is shown here not chosen very often but one I like."
