I was too excited to wait for this book (I was currently #30 or less when I decided to just buy it). Don't want to spoil it for anyone, but it does answer a lot of questions regarding Stevie Rae & Rephaim, as well as a couple of deaths. :(
Was very heart wrenching at times. I absolutely cannot wait for the next book. Neferet just keeps getting more & more evil... She will just NOT stop. Zoey and the gang will also stop at nothing to stop her though.... I have eleased my copy into the population today. Enjoy readers!

I really enjoyed this book. Great twist to the classic Beauty & The Beast story. However, stay clear of the movie... I hate it when they destroy a good story in the movies... The book was very touching and enjoyable.

I was impressed with this book. I've read the Madison Avery books by Kim Harrison, but this is totally different. But in a good way.

Fed up with her wild behavior, sixteen-year-old Lexs parents ship her off to upstate
New York to live with her Uncle Mort for the summer, hoping that a few months of
dirty farm work will whip her back into shape. But Uncle Morts true occupation is
much dirtier than shoveling manure.
Hes a Grim Reaper. And hes going to teach Lex the family business.
She quickly assimilates into the peculiar world of Croak, a town populated by
reapers who deliver souls from this life to the next. But Lex cant stop her desire for
justiceor is it vengeance?whenever she encounters a murder victim, craving to
stop the attackers before they can strike again. Will she ditch Croak and go rogue with
her reaper skills?

Lex is a very rough around the edges character, it took me a while to even like her, but once I got into the book I couldn't wait to see what happened next.

Haven is now an Immortal thanks to Romans' trickery and meddling. On top of all of that Ever has been unknowingly messing with Dark Magick which has left her with a burning desire for Roman himself! She just can't help herself and no matter how hrd she tries she can't stay away from Roman which only infuriates her best friend Haven and makes things so much harder between them. Very good progressive story here. Enjoy! I know I did!

This book sucks you in from the start. I feel very honored to be one of the first to read it. Brea and Harmony are dealing with a violent ghost named Tom and neither knows why he is haunting them until one of them dies... I haven't read a horror book in a while. This book did have me scared and thinking about stuff for a while. Thanks Belinda, for such a great read.

I've read MJD's Queen Betsy series and liked the few mashups they did with the Wyndham Werewolves so I was pretty interested in learning more about it. I received this one through PBS and fell in love with it. I truly enjoyed the story about how Derik & Sara met. I had never read any of the other Wyndham Werewolf stories, so I am eager to read the rest! I loved the whole bit of Morgan LaFey being reincarnated and such. This was a pretty awesome story.

This is an excellent story. I could NOT put the book down!
It's about a "nobody" named Annie. She's considered a "nerd" by all the popular kids because she isn't gorgeous, she has braces and pimples and doesn't wear expensive clothes. The popular kids tease her constantly and do cruel things to her. She does, however, have very loving parents...

One day one of her fathers many wacky inventions goes haywire from a thunderstorm and she gets transported to an alternate universe where her name is Ayla and she is the Queen B of her high school, is beautiful, has a hot boyfriend and a lot of money. Problem is, her "dad" is someone else entirely in this world. And her family hates each other. She also is coming to understand the "dark side" of being popular... When she finally meets someone that can help her get back to her own world - will she make the decision to go or stay?

This was a great read - I highly recommend it!

This is a great read! It's nothing like I expected it to be. Ever & Damen are awesome... At first I didn't like Ever's character at all. But you then get used to her being an idiot. LOL I can't wait to read the rest of the books!

Wonderful and heart-warming story. I loved the H.O.N. series and wondered what other marvels P.C. Cast penned and was not disappointed by the first in the Goddess Summoning series. I was so into the story! Although some parts were a little easy to see what was coming next, I still feel it was a beautiful story. Can't wait for the next book! 5 Stars from me!

This book was in my opinion just amazing. The story is emotinal, raw and heartwrenching. I found myself crying at times because it was so sad to see everything that Garret had to go through in his short life.

This book is about love 100%. Love for your family to be more exact. To the great lengths you would go through to protect the ones you love and to protect yourself. I would never wish what happened to him and his sister to anyone ever, but the sad thing is that this type of stuff does indeed happen all the time and does happen often. This book is a must read. I was saddened on the way it ended though, after all this, I just wanted a happy ending for them...

Got this for free on Amazon Kindle - I had it on my wishlist for almost 10 months and I was in the 1 spot and NOTHING so I was thrilled to see it for free.

I LOVED this book. Remy is kickass cool. The characters are very well thought out and the story is amazing. I read Ms. Hockings Trylle series and honestly wasn't that thrilled by it, but this book tops it! If you've ever played Left for Dead - this will kinda remind you of it. I cannot wait for the next book. Thanks for an amazing read!

House of Night: Legacy
Review Date: 7/2/2012

I enjoy reading this series very much. The graphic novel ( a compilation of HON Comic 1-6) is more of a side-story of the events that unfold at the Tulsa House of Night during the time Zoey is getting her tattoos for the first time. Filled with beautiful illustrations and "moral stories" plot lines, it will engage all that read it.

I really enjoyed this book. Vampires, vampires and more vampires...

Meena Harper is sooo done with hearing about vampires. Especially when the network she works for writting the plot lines for the soap opera actors starts insisting that they also introduce vampires to the mix. She really does hate them, even though she believes they aren't real... Even if she has this bizarre ability to know when someone will die, she still doesn't believe in creatures of the night.

All that changes after she goes to a dinner party at her neighbors. She can't imagine that she's ALWAYS been surrounded by vamps... and ends up falling for one.

Great story by Meg Cabot! I cannot wait for the next book!

This novella tells the background story of one of Zoey's favorite professors: Lenobia. Although the synopsis makes it seem we will find out more about her and her relationship with her sister Cecile, she makes little difference at all... We find out what makes Lenobia rebuff that yummy cowboy in this story. I really felt for her...

Calder White lives in the cold, clear waters of Lake Superior, the only brother in a family of murderous mermaids. To survive, Calder and his sisters prey on humans, killing them to absorb their energy. But this summer the underwater clan targets Jason Hancock out of pure revenge. They blame Hancock for their mother's death and have been waiting a long time for him to return to his family's homestead on the lake. Hancock has a fear of water, so to lure him in, Calder sets out to seduce Hancock's daughter, Lily. Easy enoughespecially as Calder has lots of practice using his irresistible good looks and charm on unsuspecting girls. Only this time Calder screws everything up: he falls for Lilyjust as Lily starts to suspect that there's more to the monsters-in-the-lake legends than she ever imagined. And just as his sisters are losing patience with him.

This was a very different type of paranormal experience that I was expecting for this book. It's a very interesting premise and I will actually like to continue to read the series to see where this story will head.

The characters were very well thought out which is why I'm giving it 3 stars, again, different, but not bad in my opinion. Sometimes books get better by the second one. If you are looking for scary murdering mermaids, look no further lol.
